Every session is a 2-hour, deeply personalized experience. Erica doesn't follow a script or limit herself to one technique. She draws from hypnotherapy, Reiki, Psych-K, past life regression, Akashic Records, and intuitive guidance — using whatever combination your energy calls for in that moment. Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a guided process of entering a deeply relaxed, focused state where your subconscious mind becomes accessible. In this state, Erica can work directly with the programs, beliefs, and emotional memories that run beneath your everyday awareness — the ones that therapy, journaling, and willpower alone often can't reach.

Psych-K® Belief Modification
Psych-K is a research-backed method for identifying and changing subconscious beliefs — the invisible rules your brain follows automatically. It works by putting both hemispheres of the brain into a balanced, whole-brain state, which makes the subconscious more receptive to new beliefs.
Where hypnotherapy works through relaxation and story, Psych-K works through muscle testing and direct reprogramming. Together they cover more ground than either does alone.

Before you book
Do I need to believe in past lives or energy healing for this to work?
No. Many of Erica's most transformed clients came in as skeptics. The methods work regardless of your beliefs — results speak for themselves. The only requirement is openness and a genuine desire to heal.
What's the difference between in-person and remote sessions?
Nothing significant in terms of results. Erica has worked with clients across the world via Zoom and phone with outcomes identical to in-person sessions. Energy isn't limited by geography. Remote sessions are also why she can offer the introductory $249 special — no travel coordination required.
How do I know which session is right for me?
You don't have to figure that out ahead of time — that's what the free consultation call is for. Erica will listen to where you are, what you're carrying, and whether she's the right person to help. If she's not the right fit, she'll tell you.
Can I use a package session for a home clearing?
Package sessions are designed for personal healing sessions. Home clearings are priced and booked separately.
What's your cancellation policy?
48-hour notice is required to reschedule without forfeiting a session. Life happens — if something urgent comes up, reach out directly and Erica will work with you.
How do I pay?
Payment is collected when the appointment is scheduled. Erica will coordinate payment information at that time.
